Kozhikode: Revenue Minister E Chandra Shekar said the government will look in to the verdict issued by the single bench over the Kinaloor estate land dispute by hiding the verdict pronounced by the division bench. The labour issues related to the Kinaloor land registration will also be considered, the minister said.
The division bench of High Court issued an order banning the selling of 2,000 acres estate land in Kinaloor pointing out to be the violation of the land reformation act. The revenue officials including the district collector were informed over the information. Meanwhile a plea submitted at Single bench to handover the land and to get registered the land by the sub registrar office and won a verdict positive verdict. Even as the 25 acres of land sold in Kinaloor while the division bench verdict sustained sparked controversy.
