Ultra-bulk protein consumption likely to curtail life

Excessive use of bulk protein branched chain amino acids (BCAA) likely to be curtailed our life span, create negative mood and increase body weight.

Washington: Excessive protein consumption may be caused side-effect, according to a study published in the journal of Natural metabolism. The body builders have to be cautious on Ultra-bulk protein consumption. Excessive use of bulk protein branched chain amino acids (BCAA) likely to be curtailed our life span, create negative mood and increase body weight. Even Wide-range of protein is best for maintain balance but ultra-bulk protein powder consumption is effected the body with negative manner.

The research is conducting to analyse complex role of nutrition’s play in metabolic health, reproduction, appetite and ageing. “While diets high in protein and low in carbohydrates were shown to be beneficial for reproductive function, they had detrimental effects for health in mid-late life, and also led to a shortened lifespan,” Dr Samantha Solon who is a part of the research explained.

To avoid consumption of protein powder like Ultra-bulk consumption and eating wide range of proteins that different protein sources are used for food. It will help us for a healthy and balanced diet. Fish, Chicken and eggs etc for non-Vegetarians and for vegetarians beans, lentils, nuts and soy proteins are recommended for BCAA primary sources to avoid bulk consumption.
