Thiruvananthapuram: The Customs and Enforcement Directorate forwarded letter to the foreign ministry in order to seek permission for detailed investigation over the gold smuggling case. The Prime Minister’s office also sought details over the smuggling case in which Kerala chief minister’s office allegedly involved. The central home ministry and External affairs ministry are on keen vigil over the matter.
