Guwahati: Sadulla Syed, a musician and radio artist in Assam whose singing video went viral in social media as it delivers the message of hope amid heavy rain and flood. 71-year-old Syed singing a classical Assamese song in knee-deep water conveys an optimistic vibe.
He sang the song penned by Bhupen Hazarika, where the lyricist invokes the river, Brahmaputra. He tells the river not to misbehave he questions and warns the river in his song. The nostalgic song like many of his poems was dedicated to the terrible beauty of Brahmaputra.
