The sitting arena of the Inn is decked-up in traditional decor and Rajasthani folk music. The fest takes us through a royal culinary journey of authentic rich cuisine of Rajasthan. To make the fest more special, the hotel has flown in Surender Singh, a royal chef from Rajasthan. He is an expert on Rajasthani Cuisine and has honed his skill set by serving in the royal kitchens.
A special buffet has been arranged for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. To lend a taste of authenticity to the dishes,mathania chillies have been procured from Rajasthan. As we entered the Inn, we had a warm welcome with the ambience of Rajastani theme. Rajasthani puppets, decorated earthen pots and more were around which made the evening very lively with perfect service.
In this Rajasthani food festival, the specially crafted menu by the Chef Surendar Singha features traditional rice preparations like Gatta Pulao, Maans Ka Pulao, Laal Maas, Murgh Jodhpuri, Paneer Jodhpuri and the list is very long for the food lovers to count . It also includes classic Rajasthani Kadhi or Daal Pancharatni along with Kaleji Raita, Sogra, Bikaneri Parantha, Daal ki churi ka Parantha.
For those sweet lovers, Rajasthani meals is more of desserts. They take sweets like main course. In this fest, they offer desserts like Lapsi, Pantua, Churma Mirsi Mawa, Malpua with Rabri and many more.
