Thiruvananthapuram: On May 8, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSC), Kerala announced +2 results at 11am. A pass percentage of 84.33% is marked in the academic year 2018-19. Last year the pass percentage was 83.75%. One eighty one (181) students scored full mark and fourteen thousand and two hundred and twenty four (14224) won A+. Kozhikode scored the highest pass percentage, 87.44% and Pathanamthitta marked the lowest pass percentage (78%).
Seventy nine (79) schools won 100% victory. Twelve schools (12) in government sector, Twenty five (25) schools in aided sector and Thirty four (34) in unaided sectors and 8 special schools are credited with 100% victory. 311875 students privileged for higher studies. The pass percentage is 83.04%, 86.36%, 77.34% in government schools, aided schools and unaided schools respectively. The pass percent in each sections is on VHSE84.33%, THSC 80.07% AHAE 67.76% TAGE 98.59%.
The DHSC is also announced that +1 classes will open on June 1 . Ever since in the history +1 classes been opened with other school classes.
