Chandigarh: Lashing at Congress President Rahul Gandhi over anti-Sikh riot remark, Prime Minister Modi said Rahul should be ‘ashamed’ over the remark rather than rebuking Sam Pitroda. Addressing an election rally at southern part of Punjab PM was responding to Rahul’s reproach on Pitroda that he (Pitroda) should be ashamed over his ‘hua to hua’ remark on anti-Sikh riot. Calling Rahul ‘Namdhar’, PM Modi said that it is the attitude of the dynasty family which ruled the country over 60 years. The words ‘hua to hua’ (happened is happened) is the approach shown by the dynasty rulers over Sikh riot.
Modi said that Rahul was pretending to rebuke Sam Pitroda, his mentor over anti-Sikh riot remark but the remark made by Pitroda was shown to be an apparent expression of ‘dynasty family’ over the riot since 30 years.
Earlier Rahul Gandhi deplored Pitroda’s remark over anti-Sikh riot and openly asked him to apologise over the remark and on a recently made statement on Monday Rahul asked Pitroda to be ashamed of his comment on the riot. PM Modi and BJP lashed at Pitroda’s comment and now directly targeting Rahul over the comment.
