Mumbai: Shiv Sena alleged BJP over hoarse trading under the masque of President Rule in the state. Sena mouth piece ‘Samna’ unleashed criticism against BJP and its former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Sena flayed Fadnaviz over his statement that Sena- Congress-NCP coalition will not last for six month.
BJP also expressed hope that they can form government in the state soon. Chandrakanth Patil, the state party chief said BJP could win the support of 119 seats in the 288-member assembly.
Sena -NCP-Congress, the three party coalitions is reportedly heading to form government in the state. The three parties would likely to meet Governor today. They are reportedly making deliberations over 50- 50 power sharing including Chief Ministerial portfolio. The parties have already formed a Common Minimum Programme (CMP). However the three parties denied that their meeting with governor is aimed to stake claim for the government. The three-party coalition informed that they set to meet governor in order to seek immediate assistance to the rain- affected farmers.
NCP chief Sharath Pawar said the three party coalitions will complete the term successfully. He was replying to former Chief Minister Fadnavis’s remark that the coalition would perish within six –months. The new party coalition is a new political experiment in the state’s history.
