Sriharikotta: On Saturday, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has lost hope to recover communication with Chandrayaan-2’s Lander Vikram on Lunar surface. The Lander and rover Prajyan within it has a scheduled the 14-day span which ends on September 21. Lander Vikram disconnected communication from the ISRO 2.1 km from lunar surface, minutes left for the Lander launched to touch on Lunar surface. ISRO is making endeavors to re-establish link with Lander Vikram over the last 14 days. The efforts to restore communication with Lander was fading every passing time since September 7 midnight hours since the lander made a hard landing and now absolutely lost connection with Lander.
