Thiruvananthapuram: India Meteorological Department forecasted isolated very heavy rain to heavy rain over the state for the next four days. The IMD declared yellow alert in all the 14 districts in the state.

The strong wind with a speed of 40-50 KMH will likely gush along the coastal regions of the state. The fishermen are asked not to venture into the sea.
