Bhubaneswar: Hyundai India is come up with a relief for its vehicle owners in the cyclone Fani affected areas in Odisha and West Bengal. The company is all set to launch a special task force to support the Hyundai owners by ensuring service to the vehicles. The relief task force team of the company is to support vehicle owners in emergency road service and it has already deployed around 26 flatbed trucks and 21 Towing Trucks.
S Punnaivanam , the vice president – customer care service said “Hyundai as a responsible corporate citizen has ramped up its service support to the customers in Odisha and West Bengal. The contribution is Hyundai’s way of expressing solidarity with the people in Odisha & West Bengal, in rebuilding their lives aftermath the devastating Cyclone Fani. With the vision of being lifetime partners of our customers, we will continue to extend support to further strengthen our efforts to create on ground impact.”
Hyundai India has consigned 40 technicians in supporting cyclone affected vehicle owners in the two states. A special toll-free number is activated for customers in towing their vehicles to service. Special discounts are declared for repairing the spare parts and on insurance claim, Hyundai India informed.
