The three member division bench headed by Justice Mishra passed the verdict over the section 24 in 2014 land act earlier. The verdict was that the farmers who refused to accept the compensation have no right to demand the land back. Even as former Justice MM Lodha lead bench passed the order that the farmers have the right to demand the land back and ask for higher compensation.
