Amaravati: BJP is reportedly decided to offer the post of Deputy Speaker of the LokSabha to YSRCP. The party Spokes person and MP GVR Narasimha Rao met Jagan Mohan Reddy, YSRCP Chief at Vijayawada and reportedly offered the post to one of his 22 MPs. Jagan Mohan Reddy is learned to have sought time to accept the offer.
The half an hour discussion between Jagan and Narasimha on Tuesday was informed earlier to be a courtesy meeting. Later the sources said to have revealed Mr Rao met Jagan with an offer from PM Narendra Modi and BJP chief AmitShah.
Jagan will likely to meet PM on June 15 during his visit to attend NITI Ayog in Delhi. After a deliberation with senior ministers in the party YSRCP chief reportedly would reply to the offer of Deputy Speaker post.
