New Delhi: ‘’Fifteen minutes of terror’’, highly complex process of the lander of Chandrayaan-2 mission making soft landing on Lunar surface. The Lander will touch down on Lunar surface with 24 hours in between 1.30 am to 2.30 am on Saturday, September 7.
India is all set to make history by landing as the first nation on the South Pole Lunar region. The mission is to explore Lunar craters in the South pole which is untouched by Sun light over billions of years. This unexplored Lunar region also to be disclosed the secret of solar system’s origin. The area is understood to be water filled area with 100 million tonnes of water.
