Lexington: Kentucky Court convicted an American, over leaking the personal data of 14,2000 HIV positive people in Singapore.
A twelve member Juri passed verdict over Mokhi Farrarea Brochez over transferring registry’s data to Kentucky and emailing online links by illegally transmitting the personal data of another person. He will likely to get 18-24 month imprisonment, his Attorney said.
Ferrara leaked the names and addresses of 5,400 HIV positive persons in Singapore and 8,800 foreigners, Singapore Ministry of Health informed in January 28. The accused asked his mother in Winchester, Kenducky, to upload the documents in 2016 and recovered them in 2018.
